DIONNE WARWICK LIVE AT THE APOLLO JUNE 27TH – “DON’T MAKE ME OVER”

Music legend DIONNE WARWICK will take the stage at the iconic Apollo Theater on June 27th at 8:00pm before the historic venue closes its doors for a two-year renovation.  Warwick’s new show, “Don’t Make Me Over One Night Only” will highlight her six-decade career (she first appeared at the Apollo as a teenager in 1958), a live concert performance of her chart topping hit songs (“Say a Little Prayer,” “Walk on By,” “Do You Know the Way to San Jose?” among others), multimedia storytelling, never before seen clips, testimonials and footage and entertaining stories.

Warwick will be joined on stage by special guests and behind-the-scenes exclusives showcasing her legendary work with Burt Bacharach & Hal David, as well as her activism as U.S. Ambassador of Health and her leadership in the fight against AIDS/HIV, raising awareness and millions of dollars with her hit recording of “That’s What Friends Are For” with Elton John, Gladys Knight, & Stevie Wonder.
